In This Moment

Before you move into the day, rest here.

A pause.
A breath.
A moment before the day asks anything of you.

RELEASE

Before you move, pause.

Set your cup down.
Light the candle…or turn on the diffuser…or don’t choose your vibe.
Let the room meet you where you are.

Ask yourself — gently, without judgement:

What am I carrying that doesn’t need to go with me today?

You don’t have to name it perfectly.
You don’t have to solve it.
Just acknowledge it.

Release doesn’t mean forgetting.
It means loosening your grip…just enough to breathe.


RISE

Now, inhale slowly.

Not into urgency.
Not into expectation.
But into steadiness.

You don’t need to earn today.
You don’t need to prove anything.
You are allowed to move at your own pace.

Let this be the intention you rise with:

I move through today grounded, not rushed.
Present, not pressured.
Whole, as I am.


Ready…

Take another sip.
Sit as long as you need.

You can return to this moment anytime.
This is your pause.
This is your breath before the world.
